Very underrated place the stay in baton rouge I highly recommend definitely clean there were some small things that could be updated in terms of like shower curtains, towels and bed comforters. It is a very authentically old saloon style hotel great for pictures. As well as the aesthetic.

When you enter the property, it stinks. The smell is even worse in the rooms. I don't recommend it. I made a reservation and left immediately upon arrival. You can't sleep there; the bad smell is unbearable.

Property was disgusting dirty Band-Aids on the ground cobwebs all over furniture. Broken furniture stains on bedsheets. Dust everywhere walls were gross had paper shoved in holes in the wall. Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

There was leaks from the fridge, room was not cleaned correctly prior. Found beer in the fridge and a hair tie in between sheets. Obviously not properly cleaned. Only saw reception persons for less than 10 minutes when we checked in. There was people literally screaming untill 3-4am and nothing was done about it the whole time. Definitely will NOT stay there again.
