some cross eyed lady who was supposed to check my flight ticket made me miss my flight then stated whoops they just took off which resulted in me not only missing my flight but having to 99.38 for another ticket when my gate was 10mins away with 30mins to spare before my door closed I ended up missing all the beginning activities of my trip I’m truly devastated about this I make sure I fly spirit every time because the company has the safest planes, respectful employees & smoothest flights but today was horrible I missed so much cause of this even missed my brother championship game all cause of that I’m torn apart about this. It should be handled immediately people who works in the area & with her says she always has a nasty attitude & is never polite always rude she didn’t even let me say a word before she said I’m rude after cursing me out & making me miss my flight this highly unacceptable I moved my flight from 04/28/2025 to 04/10/2025 just to see that game ended up spending 100 extra for a new ticket & had to buy another rental because of this which costed me additional 875 I’m just truly disappointed in spirit this time your company usually never lets me down today I felt what world meant when they said “spirit has trashy service never book with them”
