The staff was very professional and accommodating however the hotel itself was terrifying. Unfortunately i hate to have to say due to the kind staff and i also love the nola location. This one just needs a complete do over and itll be better. Halls smelled like ass and rooms were pretty run down inside however its bittersweet because they are huge in size fir the rooms. Just need to remodel and clean the funk smell out and also everything was out of order from elevators to the laundry room. Hopefully the uogrades will take place soon because it has great potential to be a nice place

Hotel is in the process of remodeling. Room was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Linens were fresh and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked in error , tried to cancel but no manager on site called expedia but was not able to get a refund went to hotel but they refuse since i had a dog and still was refused a refund, it looked and smelled very dirty, staff seems to be family and they wanted was the money had not one oz of customer service. There are many hotels in the area cleaner and cheaper with get service around the same area

The room was not very clean. Cigarette burns in the sheets and pillows. Rusty around the room and pieces of plastic tearing off the walls, weird smell all around/in the hotel. The drain was clogged, so standing water when you’re using the shower. Walls are paper thin. I didn’t feel very safe, and I would never ever ever stay here again. I do not recommend. DO NOT stay here.

Smelled like straight smoke, plastic wrap was covering the sprinklers and smoke alarms in the room from people smoking, we tried two different rooms (Junior Suites) and they were both disgusting. The tub jets and drains had hair and mold in them in both rooms, one of the comforters had wet spots on them and looked so gross. It just felt very nasty in the rooms. The counters in the bathrooms were all stained and just really gross feeling. We walked out after the second room and requested a refund. Front desk was very nice
