I didn’t like anything an my stay. I didn’t even have a keycard, there was hair on my bed, cigarette burns on the sheets, roaches. I will never stay here again

We couldn’t stay here. I booked on hotels app like 3 days prior and when we got there the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms then they said they had clean rooms but couldn’t sell to us. I had my 3 small kids in the car hungry and tired and ready to get out very disappointed. We just went somewhere else.
