The WiFi was not working during my stay for me to work from my laptop. My stay was 3 nights and housekeeping did not stop by my room and also did not ask if I needed any service. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working as well as the balcony door did not open.

$75 pet fee

Kind of run down, not worth the price, and no mention of $75 pet fee. $100 incidental charge hits your credit card and you get reimbursed a week later if they determine you get it back. Take pictures before and after your stay. Terrible customer service.

Hotel was ok for the price. It was a little on the rough side and seemed to be in not a great part of town. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall not the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Poor quality hotel

The staff were very friendly and respectful. However, the hotel itself is old. The room was small. No small fridge. The pullout couch was disgusting. The bathroom was very small and the sink was outside the bathroom. There was a weird aroma smell in the room. The hotel needs some major renovations to it. Unfortunately, I left the next day and stayed at the holiday inn.

reburbish greatly needed

The grounds of the hotel are nice as well as the location. The employees were kind and responsive. The hotel is extremely in need of repairs and maintenance. Water was everywhere, leaking from all the ac units. The bathroom was disgusting and everthing was very outdated.

Lipstick on a pig

Lipstick on a pig. Got to my room and didn't have clean towels and soap / shampoo. Ask for more and got towels but was told out of soap. Walls so thin, birds outside woke me up at 4:30 each morning. Coffee in main area was out on Sunday and tried to go into breakfast area to get coffee before heading out for business and service employee told me "did I open the door?" incredibly rude. Never to return to Choice Hotels....
