The room was disgusting. Trash and old paraphernalia under and around bottom of bed. Later requested 4 additional towels twice but still nothing, had to go downstairs myself to get them. There is no elevator so had to take stairs to 2nd floor with a bad knee. The next day, no one came to clean room or replace towels. When requested, they said there were no towels left to get replacements or get room stocked and cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper (2 rolls) so we had to go down to request a roll or two. The pool was not cleaned. The wash and dryers were out of order. I’m can’t believe I had to pay over a $100 a night for this place. I would have rather stayed a Red Roof or some cheap motel over this hotel. They are definitely not Suites! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they lowered the price to less than half of what paid a night. This makes me wonder about Hotels.com.

Everything was pretty decent. The breakfast would've been perfect if the juice machine wasn't out of order. Something about hotel apple juice in the morning is goated. Also not a single vending machine for drinks in the whole building? Kinda bothered by that. Also $100 deposit that still isn't put back on my card yet and I checked out 12 hours ago. That's pretty annoying.

We have a jetted tub and the plug didnt work for it. There was soap scum ring that we had to clean before using in the jetted tub. Couldnt take a shower because the handle fell off and the was no cold water. Said there was a heated pool but the pool was ice cold. We ask to talk to a manager and was told onw doesnt come in until noon which is check out time. We checked out and there was still no manager available.

I don't know where to start! We have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites over the years, but this one was awful. Lock on door was upside down; bathroom door doesn't close well and looks like someone punched it; toilet seat is chipped and the unit must be from the 1960's the way it flushes; dingy hallways; no staff in breakfast area to replace anything (we used spoons since forks were non-existent); one serving dish was broken and left open so the eggs and sausages were cold; and the beds! Might we recommend some type of mattress topper? I felt (and heard) the springs in the mattress all night. My back was NOT happy this morning. Honestly, I am not sure what this facility was used for before it became a Country Inn & Suites, but it is sure not up to par with the others. I don't normally write reviews like this, but this hotel needs some SERIOUS upgrading.
