This hotel didn't have hot water in the room given to us. Hotel staff said to just run the water longer, that didn't work. The rooms are apparently not cleaned under the bed, when collecting my childrens things in the morning, I found used condoms and other people's belongings under the beds.

Wonderful clean room, comfortable beds, outstanding staff. William was new, but was very nice and did his best to make us feel comfortable. Caleb went above and beyond. My sister and I had a few concerns because she is handicapped, and he addressed them all and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the room. The young man who was at the desk in the morning (I forgot his name) saw us struggling and carried our bags to the car...he even put our leftovers in a baggie for our trip home! These guys should be training the staff at other hotels...they were amazing to say the least!!

Loved the hotel, clean and modern. The breakfast was better than expected, really enjoyed the fresh yogurt, oatmeal with all the trimmings to go along and the automatic pancake machine which eliminates the waffle mess. Bacon and eggs were fresh. The only thing that was missed in the room was a coffee machine and microwave. But other than that the hotel was very nice and the rate was reasonable.
