Great Location

The apartment is a two bedroom apartment with comfortable Queen size beds in each room. All furnishings are in very good condition. Bedding is of good quality and a lot of extras supplied. Located on the upper floors of a 31 story building, the apartment is located on the corner of the building and has sea views from one bed room and lounge with a balcony stretching across both rooms overlooking the sea and a view of the mountains from the second bedroom. The apartment has a good size refrigerator, microwave, stove and washing machine. The apartment is serviced by 2 new and good quality lifts. There is only one air conditioner, located in the lounge but this is powerful enough to cool the apartment as long as the bedroom doors are left open. Surprising, considering how proud the Georgians are of their wine, there are only 2 wine glasses in the kitchen. Small kitchen ingredients are not included. There is no: sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, dish cloths, dish cleaning liquid or washing powder for clothes. The apartment is only 2 streets from the beach and the area of the property has good supermarket options as well as a lot of good restaurants.

Nice place

Good location. at first hard to find the apartment entrance versus the hotel entrance. The apartment was clean and well furnished.
