The room was comfortable but was in quite a noisy location even on the 21st floor. The staff were extremely helpful at all times and breakfast was quiet with lovely staff. A long way from Old Town and traffic was terrible

Wonderful, beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable, close to the sea, only two minutes away, below it there is a wonderful restaurant and a 24-hour supermarket, the location of the hotel is very wonderful

The location of the property was good and it was close to most of the amenities. The only issue was with the breakfast buffet. They were serving the same items every day and they need to make some changes. Also, it was too noisy at night times and it seems the customers did not care about the other people's privacy.

Odada özellikle geceleri başlayan çok yoğun bir gider kokusu vardı. Sürekli camlar açık bir şekilde uyumak zorunda kaldık. Tuvalet havalandırması bence yeterince iyi çalışmıyordu. Odaya gelen House-keeping ekibi sadece odadaki havluları değiştirip sabunları koydular herhangi bir temizlik işlemi yapmıyorlardı. Otelin konumu cidden çok iyi sahile ve avm ye yürüme mesafesinde yakınlarında çok fazla market de var. Sabah kahvaltıları da yeterliydi. Her seferinde doyarak kalktık.

Ihan hyvä keskitason hotelli. Itselläni oli tilava huone 21. kerroksesas merimaisemin. Aamiainen niukka mutta minulle se riitti. Henkilökunta ihan ok ja ystävällistä. Kaikki palvelut vieressä ja kulkuyhteydet bussilla #1 Batumin vanhaan keskustaan hyvät ja pysäkki hotellin vieressä. Samoten bussi 10 pysäkki millä pääsee lentokentälle ja toiseen suuntaan keskustaan. Viihdyin hyvin tässä hotellissa ja siellä tunsin että henkilökunta oli vieraita varten eikä päinvastoin kuten usein luksushotelleissa.
