ホストの方は大変親切で、こちらの要望に迅速にご対応いただき文句ありませんでした。 一方、現地スタッフの対応ですが　 ・トイレットペーパーを備え忘れた上に何度か追求してから対応する　 ・レセプションに上記を伝えた際にホストに連絡するようにとだけ回答し、何もサポートをしてくれない　 ・ルームカードが度々正しくワークせず、ロック解除されない。更に対応依頼した際に特にお詫びの言葉もなく、淡々と処理だけする ・レセプションの応対がやたら時間かかるように見受けられる 等、不満点が多々見受けられました。
