Our beautifully decorated house has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family with 2 children.
In a residence offering a large swimming pool, a tennis court and common green areas, you can experience an iodized holiday.
Located in the middle of the Guérande peninsula, its geographical location will allow you to enjoy, of course, the beach, but also all the walks or bike rides on the coast or the salt marshes. Go for a walk in La Baule, Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen and make a day trip to Nantes to visit the castle and / or the Machines de l'Île de farnienter.

Une maison parfaite pour des vacances réussite. Elle est à taille humaine, très propre, la terrasse et l’espace extérieur sont très agréable aussi. La maison ce trouve dans une super résidence avec Piscine à 400m de la plage. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, une belle rencontre, les échanges était clair et précis. Merci pour tout.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnfläche etwas kleiner, als wir erwartet hatten aber den Fotos auf der Seite entsprechend. Die Ausstatung ist insgesamt gut, wenn auch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gab es Missverständnisse was den Zustand zur Übergabe betraf. Hier kommunizierte der Vermieter nicht klar genug seine Erwartungen, so dass er im Nachhinein offenbar ziemlich enttäuscht war. Die abschließende Kommunikation war dann auch leider nicht mehr so professionell und angenehm wie zu Beginn unseres Verhältnisses. Das bedauerten wir sehr.
