New 2-bedroom apartment facing the sea, quiet, with panoramic ocean views, located on the 1st floor of a high-end villa (ground floor not rented, rarely occupied second home).
"Ajonc Jaune" offers about 35 m²: a large bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and sea view, a small bedroom with a 140x200 double bed (new mattresses), a kitchen with sea view, dining area, and a two-seater sofa. The kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Perfect for a family with children. Sleeps 4 adults, but the 9 m² kitchen is a bit tight; 3 adults will be more comfortable.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered from the concierge, available for an extra charge (beds made on arrival included).
Free parking, bike shelter, terrace with sea view. TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi with HD TV available.
The beach is 20 m away, La Govelle beach is 5 minutes away, bike rental at 1 km. The center of Batz-sur-Mer is a 2 km walk.
