Super maison et environnement !

Maison trÚs agréable pour un séjour en famille. Propre, bien agencée, bien équipée, confortable et originale avec les filets qui ont ravi petits et grands pour les temps de sieste et lecture. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons réussi à profiter des extérieurs : super idée ce petit coin de sable ! Plages, sentier du littoral et commerces à proximité. Emmanuelle a été trÚs réactive et prévenante. Nous recommandons !

Petite maison parfaite dans une super station balnéaire

Nous avons découvert la ville de Batz sur Mer dans cette location. Proche de toutes les commodités, tout peut se faire à pied (centre ville a 5 mn, le Croisic a 2 km). La maison dispose de tout ce qui est utile. Je recommande les filets qui apportent un charme supplémentaire, les enfants y ont passé leur soirée. La maison est petite mais trÚs bien agencée.

La maison est trÚs agréable et trÚs bien équipée. Avec une terrasse parfaitement ensoleillée. Elle est idéalement placée proche du centre ville et de la plage. Nous reviendrons !

La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans Batz, Ă  proximitĂ© de 2 plages et des commerces de proximitĂ©. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et les filets ont fait leur effet. Bonne communication avec Emmanuelle et tout est disponible pour passer un bon sĂ©jour (mode d'emploi Ă©quipements, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, Ă©puisettes, rateaux pour la pĂȘche...). NB : La chambre du rez de chaussĂ©e est pourvue de rideaux occultants ce qui peut dĂ©ranger les personnes sensibles Ă  la lumiĂšre.

Tout est simple pour s’y installer, tout est pensĂ© pour que l’on passe un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Maison lumineuse au style moderne accueillant, idĂ©ale pour vacances en famille. Maison et emplacement au top !

Peut-ĂȘtre l'une des meilleures locations que nous avons pu faire. La maison, dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de soin et de goĂ»t, est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y a vraiment tout pour passer un sĂ©jour confortable et sans souci, qu'il s'agisse des Ă©quipements (cuisine exceptionnelle, jeux et jouets, mobilier extĂ©rieur...) ou de sa conception. Les filets sont parfaits pour faire la sieste et le bac Ă  sable gĂ©ant est aussi original qu'agreable pour toute la famille. En outre, la localisation est parfaite : Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage du port Saint Michel oĂč se trouve le club Mickey (en passant en plus par le front de mer magnifique), Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de l'aire de jeux du petit bois et enfin Ă  moins de 10 minutes des commerces. Enfin, pour ne rien gĂącher, le processus d'arrivĂ©e est hyper professionnel. Vraiment, une location exceptionnelle.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison située à proximité du village et de la plage. Un grand Merci à Emmanuelle et Mickaël pour leurs multiples conseils : visites, plage, restaurants
La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Les deux salles de bains sont trÚs appréciables ainsi que la belle terrasse en bois. Nous recommandons cette location et cette destination dépaysante pour nous qui habitons le Sud-Est de la France.
