Sea view house for 2 adults and 2 children
Fancy spending a holiday by the ocean, in a calm and family-friendly setting? This charming 32m² house, located in a residential area in Batz-Sur-Mer, is welcoming and perfectly equipped. Just 700 m from Saint-Michel beach, and close to many other beaches in the region, it offers you a pleasant garden with terrace to enjoy soft moments of relaxation outdoors.
From the small private courtyard with sea view, you'll discover a 15m² terrace fitted with a table, chairs and sunbeds, ideal for your outdoor meals or moments of rest in the sun. The private garden gate provides direct access to a renowned cycle path that goes around the Croisic peninsula and leads to the region's beaches. In the residence, you can enjoy a heated collective swimming pool (open from 1st June to 30th September) to cool off during your holiday.
You then enter the friendly living room consisting of a living room with a sofa, television, dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, shaker, raclette machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
You will also find a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the night area offers two comfortable bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x190) and a skylight with sea view, the second with a single trundle bed (90x190). A small bathroom with a sloping bath completes this floor (hair dryer also available).
For more comfort, the house also has a washing machine, a private outdoor parking space near the accommodation as well as access to a tennis court, a solid ping-pong table and a boules pitch in the residence.
