Ground floor: entrance hall, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 large 12m² bedroom with sea view and 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 scullery, 1 dining room with fireplace, 40m² open-plan kitchen, all living areas with panoramic sea views.
Floor 1: 4 bedrooms, 3 with sea views
- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160 x 200 bed
- 1 very large dormitory room with 1 x 160 x 200 double bed and 4 single beds: this room gives children plenty of room to play
- 1 bathroom with bath and WC
Floor 2: 1 large mezzanine bedroom with sea view, with 1 x 160 x 200 double bed.
The entire apartment is available to travelers, with only a small part of the cellar closed off.
Villa Léa Vue mer d'exception Plage is ideally located in Batz-sur-Mer, directly on Plage Valentin, between the wild coast and the salt marshes. This villa will win you over with its exceptional panoramic sea view. You'll live to the rhythm of the tides and their 1001 colors. The ocean is omnipresent from almost every room in the house, and you'll be able to spot surfers, windsurfers and other water sports enthusiasts.
We work with local people to welcome and return guests, who are available as needed for the duration of their stay. We are also available if needed.
