Everything you need.

We found the home very clean and organized. The host left coffee, tea, spices, olive oil and snacks so we did not have to rush to the store immediately. The town is 3 minutes away. The view of the city and the sea from the property is as described. The host family was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Away from it all!

Maria and her family were wonderful, so welcoming, friendly and it was obvious that she wished our stay to be a good one. The property is approx. five min in the car from the main town center, one could walk if you are fit enough for the hill climb back. The view is really lovely from the terrace area out to the sea with the hillside to the side and back.

Une adresse à conserver ❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison. L'accueil de nos hôtes est excellent, la maison très propre, confortable, bien équipée et très bien située. C'est une maison jumelée mais nos voisins étaient très discrets et nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme du lieu ainsi que le paysage. En quelques minutes, nous rejoignons en voiture le centre de Santa Maria Navarese, jolie petite ville balnéaire où il y a des restaurants, des glaciers et une jolie plage. A environ, 20 minutes, il ya plein d'autres belles plages. Un grand merci à Maria Rosaria et sa famille pour leur gentillesse.

Una vacanza da sogno

Come non dare un 10 alla disponibilitá, gentilezza, cortesia, location e tutto quello che può servire per rendere una vacanza magica di coppia. Di solito sono sempre molto critico su tante cose e non é facile che io dia il voto massimo nelle recensioni ma qui bisogna fare un eccezione davvero. E tutto questo grazie alla signora Maria insieme a suo marito e suo figlio che si sono sempre mostrati disponibili quando avevamo bisogno di un aiuto. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, tutto nuovo, ben arredato, pulito e dispone di ogni comfort; esagerata per 2 persone sole come noi quando può ospitarne 5! Ideale per chi ama il trekking visto che si trova a ridosso di Baunei e del suo percorso per arrivare alla meravigliosa Cala Goloritzé, Mariolu etc.. Inoltre Santa Maria Navarrese stessa dispone di un bellissimo mare e spiaggia tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile dalla casa in 10 minuti. Ringraziamo davvero di cuore e pensiamo di tornarci prestissimo. Alessandro e Ilaria.

Mooi en fijn huis met prachtige uitzichten over bergen en zee

Een fijn huis, liefdevol en praktisch ingericht . Schoon en goed onderhouden. We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Maria Rosario en haar familie. Twee weken lang hebben wij ons hier echt thuis gevoeld. Het huis is prachtig en rustig gelegen met uitzicht over zee en bergen. In de buurt kun je vele mooie wandelingen maken. De nabij gelegen stranden zijn rustig. We zijn vooral onder de indruk van de ongereptheid van het gebied.

wunderbarer Urlaub

Es war sehr schön und alles wie beschrieben, wenn man es etwas abseits mag ist die Alleinlage wunderbar zum Abschalten! Bis auf das gelegentliche nächtliche Hundegebell ist es sehr ruhig und entspannend! Wir kommen wieder :)

Angenehme Unterkunft in schöner, ruhiger Lage

Herzlicher Empfang von den Vermietern. Schöne Lage etwas oberhalb von St. Maria Navarrese. Saubere, funktionale aber einfache Einrichtung. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Schöne Strände direkt in der Nähe, die im Herbst kaum frequentiert waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Détente dans un cadre magnifique

Maria Rosaria, Salvatore et Claudio est une famille charmante, très chaleureuse et très gentilles avec les invités. La maison est très propre et très bien aménagée, fonctionnelle. L'endroit est sur les hauteurs de Santa Maria avec une très belle vue sur la mer et le village en contrebas. La maison est calme. Idéalement située pour profiter de la mer et faire de très belles randonnées. Maria Rosaria et sa famille nous ont conseillés bien de choses à faire et nous ont gâtés avec des biscuits maison délicieux, du raisin de leur jardin. Ils avaient préparé un plateau avec de quoi grignoter à notre arrivée. Ils sont venus spécialement nous dire au revoir avant de partir. Toute la famille est d'une grande gentillesse. Angenehme Zeit

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben, Lage etwas außerhalb und die Anfahrt sportlich. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, es gab eine Platte mit diversen Süßigkeiten und Wasser, Milch, Gewürze, Spülmittel usw waren auch vorhanden. Wer es gern ruhig mag ist hier genau richtig.

Un’ottima base per visitare il Golfo

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour calme et reposant. La maison est très propre et l'extérieur très sympa (douche et robinet dans le jardin bien pratiques). Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et nous sommes même allés prendre un café chez eux à Baunei. Je vous recommande cette location !!

Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Maria Rosaria und ihre Familie haben uns sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön ein bisschen außerhalb vom Ort. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch - man hört nachts nur die Tiere der Umgebung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Draußen kann man sogar grillen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr ruhig ,alles war sauber , herzlicher Empfang vom Vermieter. Sehr bemüht das alles passt. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Auch die Ortschaft Santa Maria Navarrese sehr schön alles da und sehr schöner Strand .

Comfortabele verhuring in een heel rustige omgeving

Warm en heel vriendelijk onthaal met attent starterspakket Super propere verhuring, heel rustig gelegen en toch (op steile wandelafstand) heel dicht bij stadje, zeer toegankelijk strand, winkels en restaurants. Heel goeie uitvalsbasis voor verkenning van de baai van Orosei en Gennargentu-gebergte. Er werden duidelijk veel inspanning gedaan om ons een fijne vakantie te bezorgen, bedankt.

A recommander !

Bel appartement, bien équipé et conforme à la description. La douche à l’extérieur fait face aux collines environnantes (un vrai plaisir !). Il est idéalement situé pour visiter la côte Est. Maria Rosaria et son mari sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons eu droit à des pâtisseries le jour de notre départ.

Ruim onderkomen met geweldig uitzicht!

We verbleven hier iets meer dan een week. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht en het landschap. Iedere dag hebben we op het terras gezeten. De verhuurders waren super aardig.

Superbe séjour !

Maison superbe, très propre et bien équipée. Le barbecue et la douche à l'extérieur sont pratiques, la terrasse offre une belle vue sur la montagne et une petite vue sur la mer. Maria et Salvatore sont très accueillant, chaleureux et généreux. La maison est à située au calme, et en même temps à 5 min en voiture du centre ville de Santa Maria, ou vous trouverez quelques commerces de proximité, glaciers et restaurants. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous reviendrons ! Je recommande sans hésiter, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermé sans problèmes.
