At about 500 meters from the beach, we rent for the summer, an apartment located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, garden and exclusive garage as well as a sea view. The location of the house is in an area close to the center but not busy but with the possibility of easily reaching, even on foot, all the commercial activities in the area.
The entrance is located on via Delle Ginestre, which leads to the apartment via the garden, consisting of: living area with balcony and beautiful sea view of the islet of Santa Maria Navarrese, kitchen and bathroom, separated from the sleeping area by a corridor which leads to the 3 double bedrooms, of which two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 3 single beds, for a total of 7 beds plus others The apartment also has an external garden and a garage inside the courtyard .
