O Blue Tree Towers Bauru apresenta padrão abaixo do esperado para a nota que possui. A equipe de recepção demonstra falta de treinamento, cordialidade e postura profissional, mantendo conversas pessoais e paralelas, em tom inadequado e sobre assuntos não pertinentes ao ambiente, durante o atendimento aos hóspedes. A estrutura é antiga e mal conservada, com manutenção deficiente, estacionamento precário e acabamentos fracos. Os quartos oferecem conforto limitado, com toalhas antigas e desgastadas, cama de baixa qualidade e serviço de quarto bastante restrito. O café da manhã também é simples e limitado. No geral, custo-benefício insatisfatório e experiência aquém da expectativa.
