Welcome to Southern Comfort! Nestled in mature oak trees, you will love the beautiful outdoor hangout areas here! Relax on the patio, overlooking Caney Creek.. go fishing from the pier.. or enjoy an evening fire in the fire pit. The home is just a few minute drive to Sargent Beach, or a quick boat ride to the ICW/Gulf.

The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, huge living area with a pull out sofa, as well as multiple patio/balcony areas!

The bedroom layout is as follows:

- Primary bedroom - King bed

- Secondary bedroom - queen bed

- Living room - full pull out sofa bed

Outdoors, you'll fall in love with the ancient oak trees providing shade on those hot summer days! With several different seating/hang out areas, all you have to worry about is which one to choose for the moment! Under the house, there is a ping pong table, washers set and cornhole set to enjoy some friendly competition. There's also a crab trap, fish cleaning station and underwater greenlight at the pier for those that love to fish!

Great little spot on the water with a nice dock for fishing. The house was exactly what we were hoping for and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Highly recommended!

Great spot!
