Situated in the heart of Fair Harbor, one of Fire Island's most charming and sought after communities, this two story beach house combines the comforts of home with the ease of beach living. The home features a spacious deck with a grill, dining al fresco, or simply soaking up the sun in the sun. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher ,a cozy and furnished living room with large picture windows that let the sun shine in and two cooling ceiling fans. The house also features curated artwork to give it a sophisticated yet comfortable vibe.

Downstairs, there is a primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bedroom with a trundle bed that comfortably sleeps two--ideal for kids. Two additional guests can be accommodated upstairs in the living room sofas with ease.

The house includes a washer dryer, high speed wifi, fire stick access to multiple streaming services, There is an outdoor shower for your post-beach rinse off.
