Welcome to the gem that is Bay St. Louis! Just an hour's drive from New Orleans but a world away from it all. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sits directly on the bay with it's own private pier. The chef's kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances , wine & beverage center, icemaker, K-cup & 12 cup coffee makers, and a walk-in pantry. Enjoy unobstructed bay views from the open kitchen & living room. The master suite has a king bed, oversized dual shower, and a large walk in closet. Each of the two large bedrooms upstairs has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk/trundle bed, and a jack and jill bath with separate toilet & sink and a shared tub shower. All bedrooms are equipped with Samsung smart TVs. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee to watch the sunrise or a glass of wine for the most spectacular sunsets. The home is equipped with a lift which makes transporting your luggage and groceries a breeze. Fish, crab, swim, or kayak off of the private fiberglass pier which is equipped with oversized fishing lights for nighttime fishing. Take a short but scenic 3 mile bike or drive to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and beaches of quaint downtown Bay St. Louis.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Close the windows and lock all doors on departure. Enter the code on the lockbox and replace the keys. $100 security fee will be applied if these instructions are not followed.
Ensure all garbage is removed from the house and trash cans are brought to the street on departure. Clean the outdoor grill if used. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if not done.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
