Hike in from the trailhead 200m to a magical campsite overlooking a forested valley. This 12×12 Kodiak Canvas Cabin Tent offers the unique glamping experience. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed and two single beds. This tent is the perfect quiet place to escape and unwind in the beautiful forest of Sailor Springs. Located only 2 miles from Bayfield, yet a world away. Our hope is to provide a positive camping experience for a small family, couple, or friends group. There is a porta potty nearby. Deck with chairs and counter, water & utility sink, power strip, Bring your own sleeping bag. There is about a mile of trails to explore as well as a play area with a forest basketball hoop, carpet ball and more. There are 0 cars in this small three site campground. The sites are spaced out providing the natural privacy the forrest curtains allow.
During your stay at this campground, you'll be within walking distance of Lake Superior.
