Parking: Free street parking on wide residential street—room for 2-3 vehicles. DO NOT park in or block neighbor driveways on either side of the building. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees.

Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building). Close all windows. Lock apartment door and scramble keypad code.
