Welcome to Bayonne`s largest 4-bedroom duplex — purpose-built for big families, sports teams, corporate groups, and World Cup fan squads. Sleeps 12 across 4 oversized bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms. 12 minutes to MetLife Stadium, 10 minutes to Newark Airport.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (flexible upon request—just message us!)

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM weekdays | 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM weekends. We`re in a residential neighborhood with families nearby—please be considerate.

No smoking indoors or within 25 feet of the building. Smoke residue is extremely difficult to remove. Violations result in a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.

No parties or events. Maximum 15 overnight guests as booked on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional fees.

No pets.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

Parking: Free street parking on wide residential street—room for 2-3 vehicles. DO NOT park in or block neighbor driveways on either side of the building. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees.

Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building). Close all windows. Lock apartment door and scramble keypad code.

The place was very clean. Host was extremely responsive. Enough space and beds for everyone. Convenient to transportation into the city. Reserved parking is close by. Any additional parking is hard to find in area. Kitchen was equipped for most cooking. We cooked every night. Only things lacking were a can opener and baking dish. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Misleading listing — extremely disappointed. This property was a textbook case of false advertising. Key amenities were missing,, and the overall experience felt like a bait-and-switch. For the price, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this rental until the host updates the listing to reflect the truth. No parking, very creaky beds, no tub stopper, unclean kitchen, falsely advertised extras
