Many updates for the 2025 season. New photos coming this weekend,. New furnishings very clean and comfy duplex is not your standard duplex!  . The rooms are all large and it is very open and roomy.  Only 4 houses to the beach. Owner has pet, not be a pet free home though tenants are not permitted to bring a pet. The second floor owner occupied entry is in the back area of the property, it feels like a single family. Tenants are not permitted to bring pets. AC, 3 parking spaces and only 4 homes to the white sandy beach.. 6 beach passes offered.TV is streaming . VCR is Roku Tenant choice of non refundable damage insurance plus $500 refundable security or $1000 security deposit.
