Lovely oceanfront 1st floor duplex. 3 bedroom, 1 bath with large deck and direct access to the beach. Cottage-style landscaping surrounds a shaded patio with a gas grill. Walk to Bayview Park for pickleball, tennis, dog park, kayak rentals, and Friday night firepits with live music. NO SMOKING OR PETS, PLEASE. The owner provides bed linens, bath, and beach towels! A booster seat with tray, pack & play, and a kiddie pool are available upon request. Pillows and blankets provided.
