The open concept third floor offers a living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room and gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash and dazzling Quartz countertops. Enjoy panoramic ocean views and watch the sunrise from each of the 3 decks including a rooftop deck. Two tankless water heaters , outdoor shower and gas grill with direct gas line. Staircase riser lighting for late nights snacking. Remote control shades/storm shutters, a sonos speaker system throughout and a central vac system. This is the 1st year the house is being offered as a rental . Start enjoying all Long Beach Island has to offer. Beach badges and chairs are included. Outdoor shower, driveway parking for 3 cars and additional off street parking for all your family and friends. NEW ROOFTOP deck furniture.
