Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage must be taken out of the house and garbage cans must be brought out front. TRASH - Tuesday and Friday. RECYCLING - Monday and Thursday.
No parties. No smoking of any kind on the property. You must be 25+ to rent.
If summer months, turn off air conditioners. If winter months, turn heat to 55 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property in an awesome location!! Outdoor area was awesome and was fun to hang out and relax as well as the outside deck. Indoor was completely renovated, clean and able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Host was great…Rebecca was hospitable and very responsive. She clearly spent a lot of time to make sure the guests had everything they needed. House equipped with a nice grill and a new washer, dryer and dish washer. House had beach chairs and everything you needed for the beach as well as 4 beaches. House is centrally located to all of the restaurants and bars in Beach Haven and the beach is a 1.5 block walk. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again!
