The location is good, the hotel itself isn’t bad. It can be difficult if you have a room upstairs you should be able to carry your luggage so if your elderly or have any type of ailments make sure your downstairs. The people above me were so loud from like1:30am - 3am & when I told staff they kind of laughed it off and said oh yah I think they have kids. I didn’t appreciate the lack of care but didn’t say anything else. The walls are definitely thin you can hear everything. It’s nothing fancy but for lbi it’s a good price.

Have always loved LBI but to stay in the heart of the island at a beautiful welcoming hotel made our stay that much better. Quick easy walk to the beach, badges included, was able to get the badges before check in allowing us to take full advantage of the beach. Will definitely return

Very cute, clean and perfectly located hotel. One block to beach. Rooms were cozy and nice and cool! Short walk to “How you Brewin”, Wallys and Scojos. My only complaint is house keeping was not part of our stay. It only included towel replenishment and garbage bag change. I would have enjoyed a bed refresher and a quick vacuum to pick up any sand remnants. When I vacation I enjoy those little perks and was slightly disappointed they lacked in this area.

Overall not too bad, Hotel is very old and there was a 1 inch gap on the top of the door, so someone could’ve been watching us while sleeping we wouldn’t know Rooms are quite small, you can tell that carpets haven’t been washed with extractor ever. Staff is great, people are doing their job, but if facilities doesn’t know how to maintain or manage maintenance departments , thats not a staff problem . Would I come back to this place ? I don’t think so. I would rater spend 500$ a night somewhere else.

Quiet and calm

I loved this place. It’s a hotel that doesn’t make a big deal of itself, but there’s a restaurant, bar, and a liquor store all in the same spot! The beach is so close! There’s a fabulous place to have breakfast right around the corner at Wally’s. The price was very reasonable!!
