Omg!! What an amazing hotel to stay in. We had a great night. The only thing i would stay is when eating breakfast in the morning, for me, it would be nice to sit at a proper table, rather than a coffee table.

Extremely disappointed by the stay. It isn't really a hotel at all, and you don't get any better treatment than someone walking in off the street & ordering a tap water - the staff were inflexible, emails prior to my visit went unanswered & therefore table reservation requests were missed & then unavailable. I get a sense that the owners of the 'hotel' are greedy & just trying to squeeze as much money as they can, packing in the bar areas etc - not an enjoyable experience. Our Superior room was over the road from the 'hotel' in what I assume was once a shop, our room was also downstairs, next to the 'front entrance' so we were woken up / interrupted consistently throughout the stay by the banging front door & conversations outside our door. The room decor was fun, and a good novelty, but location was really poor & overall experience wasn't good. Service is also VERY slow, and we continuously had to remind staff of the drinks we'd ordered and were waiting for. Thoroughly disappointing, and wouldn't recommend for a stay if you are in the building over the road.
