Great mix of styles.

Quirky hotel with lots of appeal, eclectic mix of styles which definitely works. Loved the tented area with lots of seating & heaters, great Moroccan feel. We are in the Thai restaurant & the food was delicious with great service. Our room was very dusty and dark & the lights seem to be all or nothing but we loved our stay & would love to stay again.

Avoid certain rooms

Snug room 15 is not a room for two people, it barely fits one so to avoid the nightmare we suffered. The bed is well into a sloped eave space making a proportion of the double bed unusable. Along with the decor the room is more like a coffin. Please ensure this room is not allocated to you! We sent an email to Mark G @Crazy Bear but have not had a reply 2 days later, so now question their customer service credentials.

Wasn’t anything special, the room was particularly dated. Don’t think I got my moneys worth, it felt dirty. The rooms were extremely dark, but also dusty. Wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend

A very enjoyable time. The hotel and bedroom was very comfortable - and interesting! We were made very welcome and everything during our stay went as it should. The Thai meal was extremely good too.

Room was clean and prepared for us. Much smaller than it looks in the photos on the website. Comfy bed. Really nice vibe in the bar. Unfortunately we didn’t know that the pool and jacuzzi area wasn’t open and that was something we were really looking forward to. I think if I’d have known I may have booked somewhere else. So disappointing.

This is by far the best hotel I have been to, I went to another hotel straight after leaving crazy bear and I regretted it. I highly recommend this magnificent place. I have already told all of my friends and family about it.
