We love the setting of this safari tent, hidden away on the owners’ organic farm amidst glorious rolling Dorset countryside.. All on the Ground Floor:

Separate Toilet.. Welcome pack. Veranda with garden furniture and barbecue. 75-acre grounds (shared with other properties on-site). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Location, location, location! This charming safari tent is nestled amongst an oak coppice with outstanding and far reaching countryside views in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Oak Apple Lodge is an ideal glamping stay for those looking for an ’away from it all’ break with complete privacy, peace and quiet. It is set on the owners 75-acre organic farm that attracts a stunning array of wildlife, from a wonderful herd of wild fallow deer, buzzards, butterflies and bees, to foxes and badgers. The safari tent is the perfect couple’s retreat, with a large double bed taking centre stage in this beautiful space, allowing you to draw back the canvas and fall asleep watching the night sky. The kitchen area is well equipped with an induction hob and electric wine cooler, and all the usual pots, pans, glasses and crockery. There is also a shower, low level toilet and basin in the tent. Outside, the large covered veranda is perfect for al fresco dining, enjoying a perfectly chilled drink or simply a place to relax, soak up the view or enjoy a good book!
