Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Throw all used towels in the bathtub. 2. Leave all bed linens as is. 3. Wash, dry and put away all dishes. 4. Empty refrigerator of any contents.
5. Leave garbage bags as is in the kitchen and bathroom trash cans. 6. Turn off all lights and fans.
7. Set thermostats to 60°F in winter and 73°F in summer. 8. Lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
