Very pleasant atmosphere in this chalet designed by an architect. Chalet all in half levels, allowing to fully enjoy the space. Bright. peaceful. Very beautiful garden (trees and lawn, river at the bottom of the garden) that you can admire from all the rooms of the house).
Access is easily for this chalet located at the entrance of Planay.
Slightly set back from the axis Arêches/Le Planay, you benefit from a real tranquility.
On the ground floor you enter on one level into a beautiful living room with lounge area, dining area and kitchen. Warm atmosphere, beautiful view of the garden.
Then you access through steps to the 1st half level where there are:
- a large attic room with exposed beams with a bed 140 and 2 bunk beds, opening onto a balcony (beautiful views of the garden as well)
- a bathroom (shower with sink and towel dryer)
Rising again from a half-level, you access another double room with a bed 140. On the landing a library space office seen will offer a serene workspace for those who need it (in this space be careful: children must not climb the railing).
Finally arriving from the ski, you can directly go through the garage converted into a ski room, dry your belongings in the boiler room and access directly from inside in the living room/dining area/kitchen. The toilet is located at the garage level.
South side a terrace allows you to fully enjoy the sun on sunny days.
Easy access 10 m from the free ski bus (1 stop before the terminus Planay). Liaison track to Arêches 5 minutes by ski (passes behind the house). Small access 20 m snow-cleared in winter.
Note: 90 euros of additional charges in the winter. ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED (except cat). A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
