CRESCENT MOON: Perfect for families visiting for MILITARY GRADUATION!

Beautiful home, newly remodeled ready for your family. Perfect location (less than a mile from Parris Island) and centralized to all military bases, shops, restaurants and local beaches. Savannah International Airport is about 45 minutes away and Charleston Airport is about 90 minutes away. The home is pet friendly ($120 per pet fee) and we ask that you keep the pet crated while not at home. No cats are allowed, as I am highly allergic. 1 dog/animal max. No cats, birds, rodent, reptile. No animal on furniture! Any stains will require an additional fee paid by guests as a damaged fee. I live nearby as well so I am always just a phone call away. Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes unless prior arrangements were made. No parking on grass! Blocking or disconnecting cameras or sensors is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Broome Lane Trailhead. Features include laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the vacation home.

Overall the unit was clean for the most part, spacious and we loved having the large fenced in yard for our dogs. However, the dog bowls were dirty when we arrived (we brought and used our own) and there was a strong odor of cleaning products that seemed to be masking dog odors that lingered our entire trip. Our dogs are hypo-allergenic so dog odors may be more sensitive to us than other dog owners.

Perfect spot

Great location, close to a majority of shops and restaurants. We loved being able to use the porch on the breezy evenings while utlizing the grill. People in the neighborhood were friendly and helped when our dog dashed out the front door. The property manager was great to work with and answered any questions we had. I will recommend to others I know that visit the area to stay here.

Short vacation

We loved renting this home. It was just what we needed for our short stay. Clarissa was very helpful whenever we needed her. The only thing the home needs is a TV in the 2 guest bedrooms. Other than that we will definitely be staying again ❤️

Home away from home!

My family and I had a great time being together and celebrating this wonderful achievement of my son graduating Marine training. The place was neat and clean. A great place for Marine families

This property is only about 15-20 min from Parris Island, making it perfect for families who are coming to see their Marines graduate from boot camp! It’s very close to major stores. It’s equipped with all the kitchen amenities you need as well as an outdoor grill and fire pit if the weather is nice. Two spacious bedrooms for two couples and a room with two twin beds for the kids. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Happily comfortable and spacious

My family spent a few nights to attend my nephews graduation. It was a perfect size for us all to have our own space and get ready without too much waiting. The space and primary bedroom was perfect for my two aging parents. I had to find a home that didn’t have stairs, a step in shower, and space to move around. The kitchen was great too. We were a coffee drinking group so we bought a box of Keurig and left a bowl of a array of sugars for the next group :). The only issues I could give feedback would be the shower water pressure was weak and the smaller bedroom beds, sheets, and pillows were not comfortable and worn out and oldest than the other rooms. But the other beds were great and new pillows, sheets, and mattresses would fix that easily so not too big and for the price it was a great deal.

Our overall stay was fine. The home could have been cleaned a little better. Kitchen was outfitted ok, stove/oven worked really well. Spacious rooms thru-out, beds pretty comfy. The house was amazing! Our family was visiting the Island for our 3rd son’s graduation, not only was the house/amenities absolutely wonderful, communicating with Clarissa was almost like speaking with a long-time friend. She always made herself available & immediately replied to any message I may have sent. The location of her home was extremely convention, only being a few miles from base.
