Both hip and historic, it is located in the heart of the Northwest Quadrant neighborhood in the walkable historic district. The 500 square foot apartment with 10' ceilings, large windows, dark navy walls, concrete floors, and chic furnishings is bold and handsome.
The small bedroom (only enough room for the bed) offers a queen bed and small closet. The on suite bath provides a tub/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, ice maker, full oven and cooktop, toaster, and microwave. Use the Keurig or French press to enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious ground floor porch.
