Beautiful large 850sq ft 1 - 2 bedroom apt at end of road in Rough and Ready
This unique suite is the entire downstairs floor - 850sq ft - of my 3 story house on 5 private wooded acres at the end of a country road with miles of hiking trails that follow a water canal adjacent to it. Mini Split A/C, ceiling fans, Two spacious bedrooms or one can be used as living room, custom hand painted tile bath. Furnished full sized kitchen w/full gas stove and frig lots of quality pots/pans/dishes/kitchen tools, microwave, outdoor bbq. Lots of windows in every room looking out to garden and huge green lawn. 2 Entrances w/lots of parking. Great wifi. Quiet artist widow in her 70's lives upstairs. Safe area - we never lock our doors - I lived here 41 years. Only 5 miles to Grass Valley/Nevada City. Three miles to gas/laundry/stores in Penn Valley. I know the area for hiking, birding, kayaking, music , dancing and live theater and art venues and events and I love to share my knowledge.
