Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
-Please load and run the dishwasher -Please turn off all lights, ceiling fans and electronics -Turn off the coffee pot
-Turn off heat. There are six (6) separate thermostats: (Kitchen, Front Room, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom upstairs bedrooms (2) and upstairs bathroom)
-Please remove all trash and place in the garbage bin on the back deck. -Feel free to leave unopened drinks or food. It’s a nice way to pay it forward for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
