Enjoy the waterway with kayaks, canoes and day boat motor launches, available for hire locally. Or enjoy a guided boat tour, where you can really just sit back and soak up this incredible National Park. You are just a short stroll from the heart of the historical and pretty market town, located on the Norfolk and Suffolk border in the Broads National Park.



The town itself boasts independent boutiques and chain shops, excellent collection of eateries, including fine dining to many cafés serving home made cakes and savouries to delight many palates. The weekly market is excellent for all things local, should you wish to kick back and enjoy a night of cooking and dining in. On the doorstep is the Lido open air heated outdoor swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers.



Explore all the attractions that Norfolk and Suffolk have to offer including Southwold, 14 miles, with its seafront, pier and summer theatre, or Dunwich Heath and beach.
