Beautiful, cosy house "Parkany 2", 2 storeys, renovated in 2004. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Bechyně, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 950 m, swimming bay 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 950 m, riding stable 6 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
2-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, very beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and radio. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Floor heating, boiler (60 litres). Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 french bed. Terrace. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.
