Convenient location with restaurants close by. Hotel is old and run down with a bit of lipstick. Chose the hotel as it advertised a swimming pool, but found out at check-in that it was closed for the season as the water bill was too high.

An 11 year old baseball team occupied the rest of the floor we were on and played ball in the hall most of the time we were there. The carpet in front of the air conditioner (room 402) was wet due to the air conditioner leaking water onto it. These are the reasons I rated our stay as just okay.

The lady that checked me in was super friendly and professional. She had a lobby area packed with adults and children, and she could not have been nicer. The breakfast bar was very good and the food was good!

National Park Visit

Our room was disappointing. It was small, the beds were small, the bathroom was very tiny. A sliding door on the bathroom would open up a little more space in the bathroom. The shower curtain needed replacement.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were basic yet comfortable, but bathroom was very small - you could barely close the door while sitting at the toilet. Breakfast was decent - eggs, rotating meat, waffle maker, yogurt - with food refreshed quickly. Coffee was very weak but there is a latte/cappuccino machine. Outside pool was nice but not very clean. You have to walk outside to get to it. The big minus for me was housekeeping- there is none. Rooms are refreshed once in 3 days - I really thought those days are behind us. Outback Steakhouse next door is really great, we dined twice because it was so good and there is a 10% discount for BW customers.

Nice!

Everything was great except the bathroom. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Other then that we loved it. Those things wont stop us from staying again. Very nice stay and would recommend!
