I stayed for three nights and while the price was affordable and the hot tub and pool were relaxing, unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean in a while. There was visible debris near the door and spots of dirt or residue throughout the room. I didn’t report it to the front desk since it seemed like this might be the norm.
Although the facility is marked as non-smoking, a guest was smoking just outside the pool area, and the smell quickly filled the entire space. That made it hard to enjoy what should have been a relaxing feature of the hotel.
Check-in took 20 to 25 minutes, which was frustrating after a long drive. Only one front desk staff member was working, and the line moved slowly.
Finally, the walls are extremely thin. I could hear hallway noise and sounds from neighboring rooms clearly. Even the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
I appreciated the amenities, but overall I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.
