Gîte La Maison Neuve – Perfect for the Whole Family
Experience the charm of Brittany in this spacious, fully renovated country house set between Béganne and Caden. Enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by nature. The large garden features a pétanque court, swing, and space for football. Relax on the south-facing terrace equipped with outdoor furniture—perfect for unwinding. Pets are welcome.
Inside, the generous living room has stone walls, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, Soda-Stream, and washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200) and one bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Bed linen is included. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet upstairs. Towels are provided. A cozy reading nook with a small library is available.
Explore the many trails winding through fields and forests—ideal for walking or cycling. You may spot wild deer in the area.
Port Foleux and its restaurant are 8 km away. Shops such as a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, grocery store, and restaurants are within 4 km.
You can easily reach beaches (about 30 km), zoos, museums, and charming towns like Vannes with the Gulf of Morbihan, the Guérande peninsula, Rochefort-en-Terre, Malestroit, La Roche-Bernard, La Gacilly with its outdoor photo exhibition, and more.
