Disappointing Property

Firstly, I would like to say that this property has the most amazing view, and it was this photo that drew me to it. The actual apartment, although spacious, is tired and needs refurbishment. Kitchen old and tatty, bathroom old and terrible water pressure in the over bath shower. Poor mattresses and creaky bed frame in the main bedroom. Had to move to the second bedroom, without the lovely view to sleep. Just feels unloved.
