This luxury villa is located on the hillside overlooking Aigua Blava bay, one of the most beautiful parts of the Costa Brava with spectacular views and some of the most stunning scenery of this stretch of Catalan coastline. Aigua Blava bay itself is within walking distance of the villa. (600 meters)
The property is distributed over two floors with private off-street parking and garage. The house is incredibly bright with floor to ceiling windows with impressive views of the coast, the bay of Aigua Blava and the port of Fornells. There are sliding doors that open to a wraparound terrace that is ideal for alfresco dining.
On the upper floor is the entrance hall leading to the spacious open plan living room and modern fully equipped kitchen. Also, on this floor is a generously sized double bedroom with walk -in dressing room beside the guest cloakroom with shower.
On the lower level all rooms have beautiful sea views. There are two double bedrooms which share a sizable family bathroom. The master bedroom has its own dressing room and bathroom with bath and shower, it opens to a private terrace ideal for a quiet coffee in the morning.
