Casa El Sueño:
Spacious villa with seaview located in the peaceful urbanization Es Valls between the famous Sa Riera beach and the old town of Begur.

Entrance to the property is via a hallway leading to the large living/dining room with access to theveranda and the garden with the 8 x 4,5 m kidney-shaped pool. The garden has various sitting areas to enjoy the sun as well as the shadow. The veranda has a large dining table for 8 people, with stunning views overlooking the sea and the hills.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine.

On the ground floor, you also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroomand access to the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with airconditioning.

On the top floor there are three bedrooms; a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a double bedroom. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom. All bedrooms have seaview, and two bedrooms have acces to a large terrace with beautiful views. All bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning.

All bathrooms are equipped with a large walk-in-shower, a toilet and bidet and a (double) sink.

In the basement, there is a large garage with a washing machine and dryer and a ping-pong table.

Séjour à El sueño

Superbe semaine passée dans cette maison, magnifique vue avec piscine très bien entretenue. Hébergement très propre. Belle espace de vie. La communication avec Aura ( la personne de l’agence de location) était très facile, elle a répondu à nos questions toujours très rapidement. Nous étions avec 2 bébés de moins d’1 an et tout avait été préparé pour eux ( chaises hautes, lits et draps) Juste un détail, les températures ici n’était pas encore trop importante mais nous avons eu malgré tout très chaud dans les chambres, heureusement des ventilateurs était à notre disposition dans chaque chambre et nous avons tous dormis fenêtre grande ouverte. Mais je pense que l’installation d’air conditionné ne serait pas de refus vu l’augmentation des températures. Excepté ce détail, tout était parfait ☺️
