Villa with spectacular sea views walking distance to Begur
This villa is set on the hill looking down into the village of Begur. It is in a very convenient location close to the supermarket and just a short five minute walk into the center of Begur. The house is acessed from a drive which comes to the rear of the house which has a sunny south facing garden and terrace. There is private off street parking for up to four cars.
The living accommodation is open plan sitting dining with lots of light and fabulous views over Begur, the sea, Medes Islands and onto Cap de Creus. On the same level there is a double en-suite bedroom, bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. There are stairs to the lower level where there are three further spacious double en-suite bedrooms as well as the laundry / storage room. In the past few months the current owners have built a new pool with pool terrace and sunny seating area. The downstairs area also provides a seating area with a sofa bed if necessary for two people.The house has been purchased recently and completely renovated so everything is of good quality.
Visitors to Begur today will find a bustling, colourful town of winding cobbled streets filled with shops, pavement cafés, market stalls and a good selection of fine restaurants.
