Nice and clean. Electricity always on. Elevator working. Hot and cold water always available. The landlord is very helpful and a true gentleman. Manager lady on premises always ready to help.

The apartment was in a great condition that accommodates my family easily, the neighborhood is quite and safe, where it gives you the experience of living in Beirut without having all the noise around, the apartment was clean and sunny, the owner lives in the first flour and she is so welcoming lady that always checked on us if we need anything, She invited us a for a delicious coffee, and she even offered us a ride if needed. There's a couple of nearby stores that you can get your essentials from, Uber is available in Lebanon (cost is about 10$ to downtown Beirut and 20$ to the airport, which is a reasonable price), Overall it was a pleasant stay with unbeatable price for such big, clean, and quite apartment, I highly recommend it. P.S: Although Orbitz might mention that check in is in limited hours but the fact that the owner lives in the same building makes check in and out so easily and flexible.
