Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Upon arrival I realized that there is no one there, no local number to call instead I had to place an international call to the owner only to find out that the apartment is not available, and that there has been an error in the booking. HE advised that I will not be charged, instead I just found out today while checking my credit card statement that I was charged the full amount.
