Leider war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Nach einer anstrengenden 13-stündigen Busreise kam ich gegen 23:00 Uhr im Hotel an und wollte mich einfach nur ausruhen. Ich zeigte meine Buchungsbestätigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde. Er teilte mir mit, dass er den Manager kontaktieren würde, doch dieser war zunächst nicht erreichbar. Ich musste etwa eine halbe Stunde warten, obwohl ich sehr erschöpft war. In dieser Zeit versuchte der Mitarbeiter sogar, mich dazu zu bewegen, erneut vor Ort zu bezahlen, obwohl meine Buchung bereits bestätigt und im Voraus bezahlt war. Sein Verhalten war unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Erst nachdem der Manager schließlich erreicht wurde, bestätigte dieser meine gültige Reservierung. Trotzdem war die gesamte Situation äußerst unangenehm und belastend, besonders nach einer so langen Reise. Ich hätte mir deutlich mehr Professionalität und einen respektvollen Umgang mit Gästen gewünscht. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
