We loved our stay in Belfast!! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was short walk to the shops and a nice coffee shop in CS Lewis square. It had everything we need, I even managed to bake a cake in the kitchen for my partners birthday!! We would highly recommend staying here and we would live to come and visit again!!

The kitchen had all the essentials and the house had good ventilation, but the hygiene level for a family is absolutely zero. If I could give less than one star, I would give minus stars. There were hairs everywhere in the house. The vacuum provided looks like it’s from 1999 and is completely useless.If you’re with a family, don’t even think of renting this place. You can’t walk on the floor with shoes off because the carpets and floors are covered in hair — clearly the cleaner uses the same old vacuum and nothing else to properly clean. No other cleaning tools were provided to maintain hygiene during our stay.Worst of all, after this trip, my child developed a severe foot infection. It has now been 10 days and he is still suffering. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a rental advertised as “charming” and family-friendly.
