Welcome to our beautiful, high-cellinged two bedroom apartment in in an incredible part of Belfast.
Queens University is just 7 minutes walk and City Hall just 15 minutes walk in the other direction. On your doorstep (Botanic, Dublin Road, Lisburn Road) you have among the best food and drink options in the city.
The apartment has been completely refurbished with short-let guests in mind and is offered with all mod cons one could need for a great stay.
Our apartment is located in an historic old building right on the lower Lisburn Road and benefits from character and a charm that is not found in other apartments.
In our refurbishment we have aimed to keep this character whilst still providing all of the modern conveniences that our guests will need.
Our apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in Queens Quarter in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk.
If you are coming from the south, we are easily accessible from the M1 so you don't have to worry about traffic.
We are located a 7 minute walk from Queens University and a 5 minute walk from the City Hospital.
Just 7 minutes walk to the brand new transport hub - Grand Central.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
